VSTNQ went down after a negative court ruling which was completely impossible to know the outcome of at the time you sold. It could have just as easily been at $5.00 now so your strategy is just as good at predicting the weather in this case. That is, it's completely irrelevant, unless the judge was secretly selling short from his mobile device before the ruling.
