1. Yes. They just filed for a synthetic fuel patent. (Not MD)

3. The filing earlier this week was a step to get off the pinks.
4. The patent was news, the Curtis Bay refinery application was news, the SECOND race car sponsorship was just announced today.

Dr Zuckerman has Mickey Cuchiella on board [in an unknown capacity] and he won't let it fail. While Mickey is a comedian (and not a funny one according to me, kinda like Dane Cook) he is a very shrewd business man.
