WTMHouston - very nice post and indeed most factual. I use to work for the Federal Courts in NJ, FL and MA, oh and to show what a small world we live in - I did the initial programming for PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) back in 1989-91. Long time ago!! I don't think it will provide you with anything you can add, but I can add this little part.

Bail Bondsmen are one of a kind. I knew personally a half dozen of the finest in the business in the NY/NJ area. Knowing them was like having a real "get out of jail card" in your back pocket. A phone call to them was better than a call to your attorney - because they could truly get you out of jail in record time.

Wow the stories that come to mind - good the night is getting old, me as well - and sleep is required. LOL

WTMHouston: Is Tony required to stay in NY or has he been allowed to return to CA? I have a Pacer Account as well, but since your looking...gg

I suspect Tony will be keeping a lower profile for a while. I would be surprised to see him posting on message boards in the near future.
