The patent is pending ... that is the protection that is afforded for GO800, until the patent is actually approved. This is standard procedure for the patent office.
Bottom line, do not try to imply that GO800 is not on schedule in this regard.
Patent issues have been run through the ringer here go back and look for the long discussion. the term pending is all you need to read. if not go on here and search folks traced the dang thing all the way to US Patent office. the idea and system are locked up by GO800.
HMMM you could use the service free now for this month and next month avoid 800 fees for a year and you think it is bad idea cause it clutters your business card and webpage.
I have heard many reasons but that one is tops so far
