Sorry ... but I think the meter being OFF, is pretty good proof of NO activity.
Plus ... no employees at the site .... more proof of NO activity.

NO .... its not operating.

And that pic of the meter ... that is Greenlight's meter, confirmed with the local utility, Lamb county.

More pics of Greenlight. No activity. The office trailer that was there last time has been hauled off to the rental company. The forklift has not been moved. Same pile of boots by door...
