Is there someone from here pulling the files from Pacer?

Ghost just mentioned there are a number out on Pacer that have been popping up.

Susman's/EC's will probably fall into the que to get on Pacer shortly!!

There's even an objection from the FDIC-Receiver. (Hmmm ... must not have been as close as Rosen thought!)
