As far as some of the fa news everyone is talking about, I think everyone understands here that if there is a strong sell off going into a news event, for example like orcl tonight, its a better 'bet" to expect it to go up, instead of follow through. The actual news usually doesn't matter. I know I am preaching to the choir.
After asking earlier and not getting a reasonable answer to why go or not go long I decided to flip a coin and bought four 5k blocks between 10.56 and 10.63.
I agree,ORCL selling off ahead of earnings is a good sign that tonight it gets pumped ahs and manana on CNBC as well.Caveat is of course a massive warning and less than rosy comments from Ellison.
