Check out the PR from 4/13/2009 about the REVERSE SPLIT. As far as I've ever heard, it was NEVER AMENDED.

How about the PR from 4/23/2009... That website for their 'Estate Jewerly Division' doesn't even exist anymore.

So many things here that never went anywhere....

But, I think the PR on 3/18/2009 is the kind of PR you were talking about.
