we just need 0,69% of that payroll revenues figure as a net profit margin to justify a share price 15 times higher than this. So it doesn't matter if the expenses "dwindle down fast" from those reported gross billings. High gross numbers and low profit margins are part of the business model of the PEO industry....

$144m -$47m = $97m

1.485 • $97m = $144m

I was unaware of the industry standard for comparison purposes.
