Well they are, because the profit margin is so lucrative. I just hate having to wait because of some stupid shorter. If the value of the company is good, I want the price to reflect that. At least in Pinks it tends to happen faster than the other stocks.
I'm up 600% on this stock and I know you can't get those margins on big board stocks, so I will force myself to deal with the bullshit. I just opened a margin account at Zecco so I should be able to move in and out of stocks more quickly without having to plan for that stupid 3 day settlement rule.
I just think that if they're going to not regulate the pinks as much as the big boards, and give market makers and elitists the option of holding shares, then they should balance that out by some additional advantage to retail investors, like allowing us to see level 3.
The deregulation in pinks should be across the board.
