There is no defensable position for you to take here bud. He sold at least $3M worth of shares and the money disappered. That's a fact. You've clearly been talking to him ask him where it went and you'll get squirming and I'll get you an accounting "soon". It'll never happen. If Omda wins anything from Lanza of value it would only result in another 5 year lawsuit for the shareholders to see any of it. My guess is it will end up with the $3M in less time than that.
