average investors get attraceted to stocks that have already seen huge gains, and they go chase after it, the smarter ones buy at the lows, but again theyre purely going off the charts, most people cant make anything out of news/PRs, or they dont like reading, so they study charts..MFLIs chart has been goin sideways for a long time and has fallen way out of the radar for most investors, so the question is where are all the smart "all around" investors that have capital, able to decode news/PRs, that know when the right time is. Well I believe they're here, just waiting for the OFFICIAL news, or waiting for people to sell so they could get in cheaper--theres been a lot of selling going on lately, so I dont think the wait is too long from this point, I got more at .014 this morning, partially executed 15,000, was going for 34,000..be on the same side of the "all around" investor, maximize the coming gains, buy when people sell, buy at the lows, be the buyer at this point, not the seller.
