Brian has had plenty of time. If any of these things you list actually happen, then good for the company. But what benefit will shareholders receive. The company may be functional, but the stock in its current condition is dead in my opinion. We were all on the fence (but hopeful) about potential when the O/S was 6B (because the cap was 7B). Then Brian came out early this year and raised the cap to 9.5B in order to fund Koma Coffee, Koma Sugarfree, and Koma Unwined. We accepted up to 9.5B because all these things were on there way and a buyback would happen.
Here we are months later in May. No Coffee, no Sugarfree, no UnWined and very slow progress in Koma Unwind. We have over 12B O/S and no bid. My question to everybody is, when (if) we do get all these wonderful products, what will the O/S have to be to get these into production? 16B, 20B, higher? At that point, what kind of value or return does that leave everybody currently holding from 2009? Absolutely none. While I don't dispute that the company could make it someday, this will mean nothing for current shareholders. I accepted this back in February when there was no coffee production and got out. I still read the board to keep updated on a company I was entusiastic about. I wish the best for everybody still here, but I don't expect any of you will ever see the return we once hoped for.
