I disagree that it is all or nothing here, .0001 or dollars.

What we have already is worth more than a penny in my opinion.

Even without the funding Dean is building his company.

Atlantic Aviation, CAP, and soon a charter company.

He might even be able to purchase Mineseeker without the big funding just by using other sources for the money.
