I have no idea what it means. SPNG has distribution cannels set up and products to sell that folks like. If they were truly on the edge of the medical sponge business...well all that sounded good. If Furth and Pike end up being "just" investors seems they would want to keep the co going to get their money back out of the company. But, I am not holding my breath.
