Yeah. I just Talked to Jeff. He said he sent out the "Worst Case Scenario" to just get people to be prepared. However he did say they have 3 lawyers working on this at the moment. One of which is currently at the SEC today. Told me they would know more about what the SEC is going to do by end of the week. You can't audit a Shell, it just makes no sense. SEC needs to reevaluate that Idea. A shell is a shell, you can't pull financials out of the air when their aren't any. Just doesn't make sense.
