Yes they are professionals and this is not some guessing game. They do this for a living, you can bet they have records and documentation to back everything they have said. Records from the transfer agents, brokerage firms, signed statements from witnesses, internal documents and communications......... On and on this is not just some whim where they make guesses. They are going to put these guys in jail like it or not.
