Stokes looks like a good indicator to focus on tops and bottoms as it is basically in a sidways pattern.
2.20 yes, seems like resistance on 60 minute as well but 2.30 is 200 sma needs volume, I guess NENG was the better selection from that scan. Damn thing needs better volume
