I wish things could be moving along at a faster pace. Do you know what it takes to get a Loan this size ? I am confident things will be just fine. I would be buying.

If this is so great, then why is the pps plummeting? Everyday I read about all the great things that are going to happen, and then, even when we get news of something positive, the pps goes down?
