If the Judge approves the POR then it is officially time to be outraged. It means she was bought and paid for. But I don't think that will happen. Until then we cross our fingers until May 26.

I thought the Preferred shareholders had voting rights to reject the current POS POR, but I guess we won't have a strong hand in that voting process.

Jerle, according to the ghost board there is some kind of hearing today in Washington. What is it about? Do you think we will hear anything about the status of our shareholder's meeting?

I think she is alluding to the fact that the POR will be rejected. Even other councils were saying that we will probably enter a period that will have competing PORs.
