No one but the company knows for sure. But it was PR'd the end of March, and could have been in progress prior to that for all we know.

I thought it could be anywhere from 35 days to 90 days depending on if you submit everything that you are supposed to and it is in the right format. If the SEC has no questions - it is faster. But if you have to re-submit something it can take longer and it also depends on how backed up the SEC is. Anyone heard anything different?
