I think you were referring to your opinion of the audited year end financials done by an accounting firm hired Jan 1. You know, the one's that were filed late, unaudited and mickey moused by BW and his non-accounting skills with no accountant or auditor. He lied about hiring an accountant and lied about them being audited. And the year end statements submitted were so bad that Pinksheets left BBDA with a Limited Information tag instead of Current Information.
