Rich has been told to take of this for years now. I'm not sure he (or Brown) is capable. There will be a sack full of excuses - but for over four years??!!
Rich just returned my phone call. The answers he gave were reassuring. -He says he wasn't notified by the SEC that trading would be halted, even though they say they notified him. -He says TRGD financials were started about 2 months ago. An estimate of 3 months was given at that time to finish them. They are still underway. -Rich said he found out about the suspension this morning. -I asked if he would send out a press release stating all this. He said that he is trying to contact the SEC to get this resolved and that he intends to send out a press release addressing this after he has spoken with them. Hopefully early next week he said.
