You emailed Dr Stucki today and he replied? I called their offices and the guy that answered the phone said Dr Stucki was having surgery on his arm. Who's telling the truth here? What the hell is going on? Did anyone else try calling their offices? We should have an explaination from management about whats going on.
I don't think that it should take long to fix this problem. There are certain requirements according to Rule 15c2-11, such as outstanding shares that they must report which have been discussed on this board a lot the past week.
This is another example of him not keeping up with legal aspects of the business. I'm sure that someone was well notified in advance of the information the SEC needs.
