I don't know about 90, but I am quite sure the. buck will drop below par the next leg down.

I expect the dollar to do much worse versus the Euro than versus the Yen. The recession is indeed global, but Europe is not running big trade deficits and short-term rates are higher there than here. Plus they are not alienating big foreign creditors as Bush is doing.

But whether the buck drops to 99 or 90, global stock markets are poised to plunge to new lows soon after the next dollar route begins IMHO.
