That's interesting to hear canric. After doing a number of searches, I'm of the belief that the majority of customers that JADA refers to in their filings are not Guoxi related, but wholesale customers who are also interested in the "She too" jade from JADA's 90% rights to the mine. I think Guoxi's supply is filled so far by their own 10% rights, as jewelry is a much smaller but higher margin component of JADA's business according to company filings.
I think that at any point that Guoxi needs more jade from JADA, they will make a mutually beneficial deal. Since JADA's margins are so high, and they pay so little per ton for the jade, Guoxi could ink a long term supply deal with JADA that would be a good deal for both.
