well the number 1 red flag is a company offering a 1000% premier on the stock price-come on -if he wanted to control the board all he had to do was just buy up all the shares..even at a double he could have easily done that!!

so that was just common sense that this buyout will likely not happen!

The purported deal was real though, at least at one time it was. It wasn't made up from the beginning. I thought that was good to know.
