I agree, but my point is that based on my dd (believe it or not) that for the last two weeks the shares we have seen in the O/S are for the purpose of acquisitions. For instance, if there isa a 70/30 split on a stock that he is acquiring then there could be a non-tax stock swap and a smaller amount of our shares would be issued to make the deal happen.
