I am not an accountant, nor an economist. I kind of like cash accounting and I was upset that AG suggested yesterday that maybe the government should start using the accrual method. My wife's portion of our healthcare insurance went up 48% this week. Don't insurance companies use those same sophisticated methods to project into the future?
"PAYGO" is fine. If we gift to the future better health, longer life and less people, let them work a little longer in thanks.
