I will take some time to compose a coherent reply.

You have accused me of twisting facts, but offer not one single example of where I have twisted the facts.

Your stated 'rules' on post one on this board clearly violate the basic tenants of InvestorsHub Terms of Service - TALK ABOUT STOCKS - not about people.

And my post, that you removed, was CERTAINLY on target reminding a poster of that Fact.

And Gigwoof - if you will check the records, The claim that was made WAS fraudulent - if you are referring to the Court Case in Houston where ERHC indeed WAS the defendant, and were named as the primary defendant for actions OF ERHC.

I have never 'attacked' a poster by calling THEM a fraud or a liar or a twister of facts - except and until I have been soundly called a 'basher', a 'twister of facts', a 'liar', an 'ignorant (by implication) negative poster' - and yet, both you, and Balance have done this without ceasing since my very first post.

If you wish to discuss my original post, and my claim of 104 Million shares issued to Offor - I will gladly discuss that in full detail - even in light of the most current filings, the 10K. the pre-14, and the amended 4s & 5s.

But please cease the incessant personal attacks upon me.
