You do know that illegal immigrants with a record like that, rape, would #1 never have a chance to ever become U.S. citizens, #2 spend time in jail (or put to death depending on the severity of their crime), and #3 after their jail time they are kicked out of the country.
Wish I could say all of the above for the U.S. citizen ones that are caught for rape.
