to me, that's not necessarily good information that most of who jada sells to is the same customer, who mostly owns both. allow me to illustrate a similar case with a regional airline that exists.
there is this airline that this really rich guy mostly owns that flies mostly out of denver colorado and services several small towns that are mostly unprofitable to serve, but manages to do so thanks to govermental subsidies that basically say, "if you serve these towns we will subsidize you so that you are profitable"
so the guy serves these towns, but he also buys up the oil servicing companies, the airline rental company, the car rental company, etc of the airline.
the oil servicing company begins making above average industry margins, increasing the price paid to the airline to something an outsider would see as unreasonable
they rent older aircrafts at new aircraft prices, making above average profits for the airline rental company
the car rental company rents 15 year old beater cars as if they are 3 year old hertz cars and makes above average profits
all of these additional profits are additional expenses to the airline, which then goes to the local governments and says, "look, we aren't profitable, you're going to need to subsidize the difference"
so, it all comes out of the local communities pockets and goes into the pockets of the rich barron.
just an example of how the airline company might sound like jade art group, where this squeeze could happen if the person in charge decides that he doesnt own enough of a stake in jade art group.
