We do not know how the financing is setup. That is quite annoying.

The 3 investors. Who are they and how much money does cannon have from the last 84.5 million shares.

The way the chart is set up, Investor number 2 has been completed. OR maybe that was investor number 3. I guess we will know soon enough.
