Institution, banker, loan shark it's all in the spin you want to put on it. At the end of the day the receivables are the collateral and the "institution" is gonna make damn sure the receipts are real before they hand over the cash. Consignment sales won't cut it.
As for revolving, as long as the sales come in the cash will keep revolving till it's no longer needed.
