Possibly it will still be HALTED, since they are having a PRE-MARKET conference call. They may still have material news to give to the public during that call.
I do think they are a great candidate for M & A activity.
AZN can save themselves several hundred million in royalties PLUS they will have access to a Phase 3 product that could REPLACE aspirin for some people!
I think an offer near $30-32 would seem fair value, but I am not counting on it happening on Monday.
