Wonderboy: Here is an updated LR tool. Somewhere along the way, the person who developed the LR Tool stopped getting credit for his work and it has been commercialized by others without reference to the underlying effort. Granted, the research was motivated by a request from Ken as noted on the site below.

I still feel that lots of credit should be given to Ken, Flota and Blasher for all of their investigations into analyzing seasonality.
