You are right in that respect; however a chance you take with the pennies, as well it could go the other way. This we all hope happens

i've suggested a 5-1 r/s, then cancel shares. if they do this, the pps will actually go up and the shareholder's value is recovered. they would have to cancel 10 - 15 bn shares for this to happen. they CANNOT take the opportunity to dump again, the value would go through the floor.

That is correct. If a reverse split happens, your precious AMNE shares eventually drop back to sub levels such as .0001 pps.
