Why do you say that? What does that mean exactly? They don't even have the money to release the PR properly to all of the major financial news sites such as Yahoo Finance and Google Finance.
They released news today and the stock tanked and closed sub penny. This has nothing to do with bears or mms or any other conspiracy theory.
The company is dumping millions of shares every day and these shares are being dumped directly into the market. They seem to release PRs so they can dump shares into the market. That is why we've been continuing to drift downward, now to sub penny.
The float is way too bloated and Dean cannot control himself in terms of dilution so now the stock won't move even with funding news. For any of us to make money on this stock, it's probably best to flip like Taki has been doing.
