$15 million worth of dilution is the entire AS at this price.

QASP paid 15 million, their stake is 51%, so my guess is the total investment would be 29,41 million. Nonetheless it sounds like a good deal. Anyone has other thoughts??


QASP will control 51% of the venture and recapture its $15 million investment plus interest prior to any distribution of profits.
