The maximum penalties for this offense are 10 years imprisonment, 3 years of supervised release following any term of imprisonment, a $250,000 fine, and a $100 special assessment. At about the time of sentencing, the government will move to dismiss the Indictment in the above-captioned case as it pertains to this defendant.
