Again ... why bother!!! Just do what they are doing, which is pay a dividend! Just like the dividend they announced and paid 2 1/2 years ago!!! They said they would then, and they did. They said they will pay a dividend now, and they will!
Who cares about a shareholder meeting in a pinksheet stock, lol.
