are you now saying that you needed a PR by the company to state that they are using a Factor for their receivables in order to be convinced that SPNG is selling to these stores?

oa - BIG Ooops! You forgot to mention that for this to work ("...factor decides to take SPNG receivables...")... it 100% means and 100% proves that SPNG has VERY INTERESTING receivables (i.e. Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, etc)
