According to your own words, YA was exiting anyway, yes?

Also, IM made a recent public statement that it would be "inconcievable" for YA to walk away on their "$50Mil." investment when we are at the very threshold of accomplishing our goals...just maybe a reorg is what will come of this that will finally be beneficial towards the investment community.
