With 3,000,000,000 shares outstanding and suits by the dozen (all of which they will lose), this stock is watered down. BTW, factoring does water down the stock. While the company still has 100% ownership, it owns 100% of a smaller pie. Lets not foret that the SEC is going to take the entire pie away anyway.
