Basically what you have here is a major turnaround story imho. Do your DD as always, but as I did mine, I found some very refreshing upgrades within the company. One of the most comprehensive and transparent Annuals you'll find in Pinks released on 4/1, fantastic new IR hire on 3/24 in a woman who is not just someone with a cell number who owns 10 or 20M shares of the company stock @ 0005, rather a former C-level exec in her own right, former Wall Street insider and very-well connected, just to name a few. I found a company with revenues and then record revenues, a clean up-to-date CI tier Pinks ticker, a still very low and manageable float after a moderate and very responsible share structure increase with the key word there responsible as opposed to what most other companies do by taking shareholders to the cleaners, the list goes on. And to me a new commitment from the company to shareholder value and one who cares about their stock price. Saying that in PRs is one thing, proving it by hiring a real IR person, who is also on-board (and qualified) to facilitate company growth and forge new relationships, is quite another.
So actually on her hire announcement on 3/24, the stock began bottoming right then and there. Add in the rest of their new commitment efforts subsequently, and the bottom was confirmed over the right kind of process and testing throughout April. IOW investor confidence had been reaffirmed. Once that occurred, it slowly built into the beginning of correction capitulation. The big jump last Friday was on no news, typical of a corrective bounce (not a dead cat) and as we did the charts, they showed it was time. After a little "fun with the 50 games" their part, came a strong proving 50% retrace consolidation this week, then came today and a strong close back over the 50. Some of my other posts/charts will say the rest. I think the company deserves what they are gaining back in their SP and renewed shareholder confidence. I like it when such things are earned. You reap what you sew.
