That is perfectly legit question. However, how many pinks actually do that?
Especially pinks run by an inexperienced Russian crew, which at one point was explicitly run by and taken advantage of by pure scammers. Again, this might very well just be a scamm.
Nevertheless, them distributing the dividend, will render these very legitimate questions, irrelevant.

They are not taking into account those naked short shares. Only enough money to cover the OS will be sent to the T/A and forwarded to the brokers.

They have a majority of the shares if they own over 50% of the OS, OS does not include NSS shares.

But...

If they hold a shareholders meeting and peeps show up with an extra 20 million shares, then that might be enough for the voting public to have more votes the the BOD. Since the company can not prove any one persons shares to be air shares, they would have to let every one present vote. If any NSS shares exist at the time of the divvy, they would be exposed as they would receive no divvy. If any NSS shares got the divvy, then that would mean some real shares would not get a divvy, and all hell would break lose. Maybe it has already started, we are seeing many angry investors. You would think they would be excited for us, unstead they seem very pissed at the thought of AURC paying a divvy.

This could be very fun.

Feelgood, care to provide proof that it was ever "started as a cash distribution"? I remember it was always PR'd as a 10% "stock" dividend and never a cash dividend and I interpretted it as such, meaning 11 for 10 forward split. They did exactly that and followed through. The only thing remotely coming close to a cash dividend was a mention in one of the old pr's about future goals of "eventually paying a cash dividend". Again, there was never as I recall a pr stating a cash dividend was going to happen at that time. Please provide proof that a cash divy was suppose to happen.
