9:41AM Greenspan/Bush appearances coming up : Greenspan testifies to the House Budget Committee at 10 ET regarding the economic outlook. Given that recent data have supported the Fed's "continued but uneven recovery" story, there is unlikely to be any significant change in the Chairman's tone. At 10:30 ET, Bush is scheduled to address the U.N., where his comments regarding Iraq will be closely watched

I think it is a large positive for Bush to present his case to the UN... I don't think he is the Cowboy the press & others made him out to be in this area. I read where before 9/11 his plan was to reduce overseas military involvement...
