I can´t believe that you want Howard to hold your hand and walk you through all this stuff. How about a little patience. You obviously wouldnt believe Howards response anyway. It was mentioned a week or so ago that Malcolm was in contact with some people with deep pockets. Personally I don´t think that money will be a problem. This is a .04 cent penny stock so you have to accept that there is alot of risk involved. Either place your bet or dont. But dont look for guarantees where there aren´t any. That would just be naive.
No you don't know that. There is no count as to how many shares were bought and the PR info is misleading. Malcolm exercised his total allotment in the first wave and that is over what was reported. The numbers given are a mistake. After the tabulation is complete they will announce it and that should happen before April 27th.
We are told that the directors bought all their shares -- but we are not told how many that is.
If Mr. Bendall is not committing to take up all unsubscribed shares, and only 20% were subscribed in the first round, from where do we think the dollars will come to buy $.04/share stock for $.07/share?
Are we missing something?
My Guess is that as the company continues to make progress the second round of the Rights Issue, will be a completely different story! As more news and filing get submitted and published the MM's and others involved will struggle to keep this stock Price under the .o4's that we are seen now as they have maneged to do for a while now! So everyone entitled to take up 116,199,727 additional unsubscribed shares would love to do so on the second round of the Rights Offer way before the termination date which has been set as 19 May 2010!!!!!!
