The ramp seems to be in difficulty, with more selling waves coming in each time they try to ramp. It does not look good for the bulls here.

MSFT should not have made a new LOD this close to the close if they are indeed going to try a real ramp job into the close. Dumped MSFT @49.24 (-.38) on the little rally and shorted MBI @46.18.
