Talk about narrowing the scope, what do you think the examiner will look for first? Debtor's attorney misconduct? Rosen will have to know what the examiner is currently looking into, and some areas of expressed interest to an examiner just may increase the pucker factor for Rosen/Weil. Preparation-H won't get the job done.
